Teaching Awards - 2023

Each year Schools Plus, together with Commonwealth Bank celebrates 22 inspirational teachers or school leaders for their transformative impact on children and school communities.

Teaching Fellowships
Twelve outstanding teachers or school leaders will receive a prestigious $40,000 award, including $25,000 for their school as well as participation in a 12-month Teaching Fellowship program.

This unique program includes coaching, a group study tour and opportunities to engage with leading education experts to develop networks, skills and capabilities; as well as joining our community of change-making alumni who are inspiring and influencing education across Australia.

Early Career Teaching Scholarships
Ten early career teachers, with 5 years or less in the profession, will also be selected for a $10,000 award including professional development funds and participation in an exclusive learning and mentoring program.
