BRII: Workplace Relations Usability Challenge – Feasibility grant

This grant opportunity was announced as part of the Business Research and Innovation Initiative ( BRII) program. Funding of $2.5 million is available to support and drive the development and uptake of technology solutions to support engagement with modern awards. This grant opportunity will focus specifically on making it easier for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to engage with modern awards.

The objectives of the grant opportunity are:

  • to facilitate the development of technologies that support SMEs to find, navigate and utilise information to support their engagement with modern award obligations
  • to seek innovative uses of the Fair Work Commission’s Modern Award Pay Database that supports SMEs to access modern award calculated rates of pay that are provided in the Modern Awards Pay Database.
